Newark & Sherwood CVS Welcomes New Chief Officer
Say ‘Hello’ to Madeleine O’Sullivan
I am privileged to have been appointed as Newark & Sherwood CVS’s new Chief Officer. I have worked in the voluntary sector for over 30 years and am a strong advocate of the valuable contribution we make to local communities and the unique role of local infrastructure organisations.
As Chief Officer my role is to help drive the organisation forward, provide leadership and support to our staff and volunteers and to work with our Board of Trustees to ensure that they have all the information they need to make decisions about the services we provide and our future direction. The future success of CVS depends just as much on the relationships we have with external stakeholders and partners as it does with our own team and I look forward to meeting and working with our partners from all sectors.
