Are you unemployed and living in the Ollerton area?

Then Newark & Sherwood Volunteer Centre may be able to help you get one step closer to employment.  Volunteering is a great way of gaining experience by getting involved in your local community and you can volunteer whilst receiving benefits as it won’t affect the benefits you receive.

We can work with you on a 1:1 basis to find a volunteer role that suits you, your time and commitments.   We can give you advice and support about being a volunteer.   Volunteering can help you improve your self-confidence, meet new people or learn new skills.

We can also offer free volunteer training.
