Volunteer Transport Scheme
There are three services provided by the Voluntary Transport Scheme for residents of the Newark & Sherwood District, all of which use Volunteer Drivers. If you would like details of how to use these services or if you would like to know more about becoming a Volunteer Driver, please see below and follow the appropriate link.
If you live in the Newark & Sherwood District (all areas) and have an appointment to attend a hospital within or outside Nottinghamshire

Transport to Hospital Appointments


If you live in the Newark & Sherwood District (all areas) and you would like to visit a close relative in a hospital or nursing home

Hospital Visiting
Scheme
If you live in a rural area of Newark & Sherwood District and have an appointment to visit a doctor, chiropodist, physiotherapist, dentist, podiatrist, or optician

Transport to Health
