Guinness Partnership Aspire Awards – In the Community Grants Open to Applications
The Guinness Partnership Aspire Awards are open to applications from individuals and community groups for projects which benefit Guinness customers, making their local communities great places to live.
The Guinness Partnership has around 60,000 homes across England from Manchester to Cornwall, London to Liverpool. It builds and manages properties in towns and cities, on the coast and in rural areas.
The Partnership’s Aspire Awards offer individuals and community groups the opportunity to apply for up to £10,000 worth of grant funding a year to support activities which will make a difference to their communities through one-off projects and longer-term initiatives which:
* Build community spirit or help to resolve a local issue or address an area of particular need.
* Benefit Guinness customers primarily (80% of a projects beneficiaries must be Guinness Partnership Ltd customers).
* Show how the project will make the local community, block or scheme a great place to live.
To be eligible for funding applicants should be a Guinness Partnership resident, group of residents, service user, advocate or recognised group of service users who have the proven support of their local community.
The deadline for applications is 26 August 2016.
