ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Newark & Sherwood Community and Voluntary Service invite you to our Annual General Meeting.
The AGM takes place on Friday January 27th 2017 at 12.00pm at our offices at 67 Northgate, Newark NG24 1HD.
The business of the meeting will include the adoption of CVS’ Financial Accounts for 2015/2016 and the election of the CVS Officers and Executive Committee for 2016/2017.
Please let us know by emailing reception@nandscvs.org or by phoning on 01636 679539 if you or your group will be represented on 27th January. This will help with catering arrangements as a light lunch will be served before the meeting at 12noon.
Please also return the attached form Nomination Form 2017 if your group wishes to make nominations for Officers and Executive Committee Members – if you would like further information on the responsibilities and duties of serving on our Board, the frequency of meetings etc., please give me a call.
