The Trust provides supported accommodation for single homeless young people aged 16-25 years.
We are seeking to appoint:- Part-time Support Workers’ – Healthy Lifestyles
Salary range £15,738 – 18,962 p.a. (inclusive of 75 sleepovers p.a.)
(Based on 24 working hours plus 1 or 2 sleepover duties per week)
To provide support and assistance to clients on Housing, Health, Personal Wellbeing and other issues in preparation for Independent Living
You must hold a valid UK driving licence and have daily use of a car.
A shift system of day, evening and overnight work operates on a rota basis.
