Making Memories Activity Group
Making Memories aims to support people to live well with Dementia or other / diagnosed memory problems.
The Activity Group is an opportunity for you and your carer / family member or friend to enjoy fun activities together.
Where: Newark & Sherwood CVS, 67 Northgate, Newark, NG24 1HD.
When: Thursdays, 1pm-3pm, 10th August – 28th September.
What:
- 10th August – 14th September: Arts, Crafts and Reminiscing with Inspire Learning.
- 21st September: Gentle Exercise to Music with Active4today
- 28th September: Over to You: Your Choice
The Activity Group is a great way to socialise, make friends and receive information about dementia and other services.
The sessions are free, but a small donation towards materials would be appreciated.
