Carers Week : 11-17th June 2018

This Carers Week is looking at all the ways that carers can be supported to stay Healthy and Connected, building communities which support carers to look after their loved ones well, while recognising that they are individuals with health and wellbeing needs of their own.

We will once again be at practices with information and advice for carers.

11th June – Crown Medical Centre, Clipstone

13th June – Farnsfield Surgery

13th June – Major Oak Medical Centre, Edwinstowe

14th June – Abbey Medical Group, Blidworth
