Patient Group Recruitment Morning – Thurs 24 January 2019 (Farnsfield & Clipstone)

On Thursday 24th January 2019 Sherwood Medical Partnership (Farnsfield & Clipstone) are holding a “Patient Group Recruitment Morning”. Come along and find out more about your Patient Participation Group, what they do and how you can join.

10:30am – 1.00pm in the Health Education Room, Crown Medical Centre, Crown Farm Way, Forest Town NG19 0FW. Tea & coffee will be available.

There will also be information about other local services available. Come along and see how you can get involved.
