Notice of General Meeting

We will be holding a General Meeting on Thursday 14th September at 10:00 at Edwinstowe House, High street. Edwinstowe. NG21 1PR. The meeting will discuss the following proposal:

Changes to our constitution:

Current:
To promote any charitable purposes for the benefit of the community in
Newark and Sherwood district and in particular the advancement of education,
the protection of health and the relief of poverty, distress and sickness.
Proposed:
To promote any charitable purposes for the benefit of the communities of
Newark and Sherwood (principally) and of neighbouring districts and in
particular the advancement of citizenship and community development,
education, the protection of physical and mental health and the relief of
poverty.
