The Alzheimer’s Society is a registered charity for anyone worried about or affected by dementia. We provide information and support, fund medical and social research, and campaign for better quality of life for people with dementia. We provide a range of services in Nottinghamshire. Our Dementia Support Workers can provide emotional support, information and guidance for people with dementia, their carers and family members. The Side by Side service enables people with dementia to do the things they love with the support of a volunteer. We provide Memory Cafes, Carers’ Groups, Carers’ Workshops and Singing for the Brain Groups. Please contact the Nottingham office for further details.
