APTCOO was formed in 1991 by parents and carers who had given birth to children with complex needs. APTCOO has grown in size and remit and is now a one stop resource where families feel safe, improve their health, education and well being and have fun within community hub settings. APTCOO is a regcognised centre of excellence, we have piloted innovative models of learning, we believe everyone should have the same opportunities to succeed in life, we are unique, with places and spaces designed to explore life opportunities, education and future employment.
