    Customer Services Centre is open Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm; 8am to noon on Saturdays. Calls cost no more than calls to standard geographic numbers and will also be included in inclusive minutes and discount schemes.

    The Patient Experience Team (PALS) provides information and advice on local NHS services for patients, their families and carers and is often the first point of contact for residents who live in the Newark & Sherwood area.

    Advice

    Carers Hub – 0115 824 8824

    Nottinghamshire Carers Hub provides information and support to carers to help caring for a loved one easier. They can provide a variety of information, guidance and advice such as signposting to other organisations and putting you in touch with Carers groups and drop-ins, help you to access Carers breaks, and offers free training and caring support, and peer support.  Lines open Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm

    Citizen’s Advice

    Advice Line : 0344 411 1444

    Aims to provide the advice people need for the problems they face and improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives. Advice is free, independent, confidential and impartial and available to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. Advice Line is open 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
