The Citizens Advice Service provides free, independent, confidential and impartial support: • To provide the advice people need for the problems they face • To improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives We enable people to manage their problems through guidance, support and information, empowering them to use their own skills and abilities. Our generalist service, advises on a range of subject areas including money advice and debt, welfare benefits, housing/homelessness, employment, family/personal issues and consumer rights. Drop-in advice sessions are at Newark (Castle House) on Tuesday & Thursday (9:30am - 2:30pm) and at Ollerton (5 Forest Court) on Monday & Wednesday (9.30am - 2.30pm) .
