The Palace Theatre relies heavily on the work of volunteer staff to act as ushers/ticket attendants. As well as greeting members of the public and escorting patrons to their seats, volunteers ushers and also ambassadors for the theatre in promoting events. Renumeration is given in the form of free entry to shows when they are not on duty.
