At this meeting TEAM will be launching a new Small Grants Programme with a total funding pot of £20,000.
Come along and find out how you can apply for funding of up to £5,000 to pilot a small project that supports partnership working with NHS partners or GP practices and meets the aims of the Mid Nottinghamshire Better Together Transformation Programme.
This is an opportunity to demonstrate the potential of the local third sector to meet the needs of patients.
